Villa I Barronci is a exclusive bed and breakfast located in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, a resort nearby Florence, in the hilly territory of Chianti Classico fiorentino.
This chianti accommodation is characterized by the cosy and sophisticated atmosphere of a country Relais with elegantly furnished rooms and suites equipped with all comforts, a wonderful garden including forest trees passing gradually on to the typical olive groves and vineyards of these hills. The swimming pool with whirl pool is in sunny and in a panoramic position.
Our restaurant, for villa guests only, is available for breakfast, light lunch and dinner.

The villa has been renovated recently (2005-2006) and all rooms are sound-proof and equipped with private bathroom with hair dryer, satellite and pay television, telephone with outside line, air-conditioning, independent central heating, minibar and Internet cable connection. Moreover each room has an electronic access key.

Furniture is made with care and suitable for this type of rooms.

All common areas, reception, breakfast rooms, bar and hall are provided with air-conditioning, wide, quiet, comfortable and equipped with music diffusion.

Our breakfast rooms offer every morning an elegant buffet with a rich variety of fresh fruit, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals and homemade cakes; moreover with our coffee bar service you can taste wonderful cappuccino or espresso.

During the summer the breakfast can be also served outside.

From the Milano-Roma motorway, exit Florence Certosa; take the Florence-Siena motorway and exit at San Casciano Val di Pesa (Nord)
Turn right and enter the Cassia road (SR 2) heading towards San Casciano V.P. After a 2 km climb, just upon entering the town, near the Fiat car sales, turn right heading towards Empoli-Cerbaia. After 3 km in the direction of Empoli, you will see on the left hand side the signpost of Via Sorripa. Enter the small road. It is then the second villa on your right.

From Siena on the Siena-Florence motorway:
From the Siena – Florence motorway, exit at San Casciano Val di Pesa Sud
Turn left (onto state road SR 2 Cassia) heading towards San Casciano Val di Pesa. After a 2 km climb, upon entering the town, turn left towards Empoli-Cerbaia. Cross the main square of the town of San Casciano V.P. and continue on your left towards Empoli-Cerbaia. After 3 km in the direction of Empoli, you will see on the left hand side the signpost of Via . Enter the small road. It is then the second villa on your right.

From Genova-Livorno on the Florence-Pisa-Livorno motorway
From the Florence-Pisa-Livorno motorway, exit at Ginestra Fiorentina
Turn right on to the provincial road heading towards Cerbaia. On reaching Cerbaia V.P. follow directions for San Casciano V.P. After a 4 km climb, just past the Chiesa di San Martino on your left, you will see on your right, the signpost of Via Sorripa. Enter the small road. It is then the second villa on your right.
