We are situated within an old stone country house, positioned on top of a small hill in Tuscan Maremma, from which panoramic sights can be admired: olive groves, vineyards, vast wooded areas, the well-known Lake Accesa, and numerous medieval living centres, where all kinds of traditional town fairs and spectacles often take place.
The house is situated very close to the Art Town of Massa Marittima and the Etruscan Necropolis at Lake Accesa, and is a short drive from the Tyrrhenian coast ( 20 minutes for Follonica, Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia). The rooms have recently been renovated and are very welcoming; each apartment comprises a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom and has its own entrance, with access to the garden and surrounding grounds, as well as parking space.
Information concerning events, fairs, demonstrations etc. in the area is always available and typical local products can be sampled (salami, jams, wine, olive oil).

How to reach us
We are in the heart of the Tuscan Maremman countryside near the town of Massa Marittima (GR). To reach us we advise:
From Pisa-Livorno: Take the Genova-Livorno motorway until it ends at Cecina, then continue along the Aurelia towards Roma. Exit at Gavorrano Scalo. Turn right towards Ribolla and approx. 800 m. after the junction for Massa Marittima-Accesa turn left at the sign for "Agriturismo Montepozzalino". Follow the road for approx. 1.5 km. up to the T-junction. Turn left then immediately right.
From Roma: Take the Aurelia towards Livorno. Exit at Gavorrano Scalo. From Firenze,Bologna,Venezia: Reach the Firenze-Certosa, take the fast lane for Siena, and, without leaving it, connect with the SS.223 towards Grosseto. Exit at Civitella Marittima. After 11 km. you will arrive at the crossroads for Roccastrada: continue straight ahead and follow the signs for Follonica. After 8 km, having passed the junction for Massa Marittima, you will see a turning to the right with a sign indicating "Agriturismo Montepozzalino"; Follow the road for approx. 1.5 km. up to the T-junction. Turn left then immediately right.
