San Ottaviano was an ancient medieval tower that dates back to about year 1000. Today, it has been turned into a farm holiday centre while keeping its ancient charm. It is surrounded by 400 hectares of woods, olive groves and land where typical crops of the Maremma are grown. Located at an altitude of 150 metres, each apartment enjoys a breathtaking view over the Tuscan countryside.Its strategic position offers guests interesting excursions to the neighbouring medieval villages of Suvereto, Castagneto Carducci, Massa Marittima, Populonia and to the ancient thermal baths of Calidario and the splendid beaches of the Maremma coast, the nearest of which is inside in a natural park. From the San Ottaviano swimming pool, guests can admire the splendid sunsets of the Maremma countryside.

The villas are located between the country house and the pool. They enjoy a beautiful view over the Tuscan landscape and have a large independent garden with porch.

Composed of a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds.

Were we are

- Take the SS1 "Via Aurelia" highway from Pisa/Livorno towards Grosseto/Rome and then exit at Venturina
- From Venturina take the road for Suvereto going towards Monterotondo M.mo
- about 7km after Suvereto (always driving towards Monterotondo M.mo), at the junction take the road to the left (where there is a sign indicating Az. San Ottaviano)
- after the wooden bridge, proceed on the asphalt road for about 4 km.
