Villa Tatti is a typical Villa Toscana built in the 19th century, placed in a panoramic position on the top of one of the surrounding hill called Massa Marittima (very particular and welcoming Medieval small town). Very good renovated according to the Tuscan architecture of the end oh the 19th century, it manteins all its rural charm,enriched by elements of high elegance and refinement. The villa has every modern comfort because our aim is to provide the selected guests with a real exclusive environment.Every room (or suite) is characterized by a large bathroom with every comfort, satellite tv, heating system and period forniture. Its geographical location (in the centre of the Mediterranean crub and close to the sea) is ideal for make it a reference point for easy excursions of different type:Siena, artisic-natural Val D'Orcia park (Montalcino, Pienza, S.Quirico, Montepulciano, S.Antimo), Ucellina park, S.galgano, Volterra and of course the sea.The transparency of the air, tha almost total absence of light pollution, the altitude and the location over a hillock with a priceless view: these are the things that will give to you amateur astronomy the chance of spending an intelligent vacation.

Our rooms (or suites) are equipped with a large and complete bathroom, satellite TV, heating and furniture style.

In the indoor restaurant the guests can enjoy excellent Maremmani dishes as well as tipical italian food. The menu changes seasonally according to the availablity of the ingredients. Every meal comes with excellent local wine. The breakfast buffet is based on genuine, well-chosen food as home made pies, jams, and local honey. During the summer you can have a quick and delightful lunch on the outside.

Outside there's a big swimming pool (8mx12m), a large garden to relax or walk with your pets, and games for children and adults. There's also the chance for ayurvedic massages.
