Medicina Country Holidays can be found a short walk from the village of Medicina, which belongs to the town of Pescia.
Our address is 22/24 Via per Medicina. Besides many traces of a traditional pattern of life, our village offers a splendid panorama out across the hills and down to the valley in the distance.
The owners, who live nearby, take pride in operating their property themselves and personally welcoming each guest.
The building, which was constructed in the 1960s, was entirely renovated and modernized in 2006, obtaining No 3 apartments for a total of 13 beds.

The swimming pool is situated in an area of natural beauty above the house, where it has a commanding views of the surrounding countryside.
It is in very open, sunny spot so the water in the pool is always pleasantly warm.
The rectangular shaped pool has a circular stair case facilitating entry into and exit from the water. The sun terrace surrounding the pool is paved in natural stone interspersed with areas of greenery to create a perfect unison with the surroundings. Further landscaping is simple and elegant.
There are sun chairs and loungers on the terrace with umbrellas serving shade even during the hottest hours of the day.

The farm consists of 4 independent apartments consist of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen / dining room with sofa, large garden and private pool.

The ground floor apartments can be interconnecting.

Arriving from the direction of Florence:
come off the A11 Motorway at the Montecatini Terme exit, and then follow the signs to Pescia, and at the upper end of the town carry on to Medicina.

Arriving from the direction of Lucca:
come off the A11 Motorway Chiesina Uzzanese exit, and follow the signs for Pescia; then at the top end of town carry on to Medicina.
